A Sales Story
One of my favorites ways to begin a workshop is with story told from an oblique angle. Tying something that does not quite and then verbally drawing the connections.

Short and Sweet
In April of this year, I presented and facilitated a sales training workshop for a new distributor Sao Paulo, Brazil. I supported the new customer at a trade show and was asked to shoot a quick promotional video.
Whether is talking to an audience or the camera, I like to bring a little energy and excitement!
Evaluation Presentation
Finally, I wanted to show a quick snippet of video. Here is an Evaluation speech that I am very proud of. I won the Toastmasters Divisional speech contest with this effort, against 6 finalists from 4 western area states!
I show this video because this presentation is a response to a speech that another speaker gave as a test speech. I have found that being able to quickly provide an evaluation of a performance has been valuable as a trainer. Especially once they finish a role-play or a client call.
As a trainer and evaluator, I always find the highlights and a few things to work on and then provide some suggestions as to how implement them. Enjoy!
